About the role
This role is going to manage a team of highly skilled colleagues (technicians) residing in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and take operational ownership of the technologies and equipment residing in the Core Network Services area. Part of this is to ensure we deliver according to our operational strategy. The main purpose of this role is to take the responsibility of our Core Network Services team and help transform our current organization from a country-based approach into a function-based approach, covering all countries we operate in.

We are looking for a candidate with
- At least 7+ years within operating and maintaining a Telco Network Infrastructure from a management perspective.
- Preferably knowledge regarding:
- IP/MPLS
- OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, Routing
- Network architecture
- Network infrastructure monitoring
- Firewalling
- Network Near Systems (DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Radius etc.)
- Fluent/ Professional in English
- Drivers license
- Can get a security clearance

- Manage and motivate your team to ensure efficient deliverables of goals
- Strive for 5-nines (99.999%) uptime
- Ensuring fast, secure, and scalable operations.
- Manage daily maintenance, lifecycle management, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Vendor and budget handling
- Reporting
