• A people leader that can energize, motivate, organize and develop a high performance team
• Coach and support digital and automated platform development with effective implementation as target
• Expand global footprint and structure key positions of project managers, technology managers and platform owners
• Build strategic clarity in core technologies for supply chain/manufacturing and ensure staying ahead on new technologies to explore innovation space.
• Contribute to business plan initiatives and strategy development activities.
• Challenge business status quo by drive simplicity mindset in solutions (avoid over doing.)
• Ensure fast decision-making to allow organizational agility and secure planned capacity
• Empower the functional expertise to unleash their full potential of self-leadership and making impact, fast

Manufacturing Design & Implementation is a global organization of project managers, platform engineers and other specialists.
The overall focus of the Material Logistics - Packing organisation is to implement safe, sustainable and productive logistics solutions to serve our global manufacturing organisation to succeed with demand and factory demand. We want to enhance our digital and automated abilities to develop factory of the future.
Furthermore, to take a lead part of our Sustainable Pre-pack journey in going away from single use plastics and into a more sustainable future manufacturing.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience as a leader for similar logistics development functions or supply chain management and strong communication and collaboration skills. You can engage and influence others through storytelling, creating an ‘emotional hook’ to our business plan/footprint.
In addition, you:
• Have a relevant educational background like a Master or Bachelor degree preferable within supply chain management, engineering technology, innovation or economics.
• Capable of fail fast - learn quick, and mentality – BE BRAVE
• Solid experience with team and people development
• Process understanding (S&OP/ Demand plan, innovation model or agility methods)
• Traveling around 30-40 days per year, but this can vary
