Are you specialized in streamlining the interactions and processes with Finance and Vendors for agile product teams? And are you experienced in contract negotiations, data analysis, and reporting?
Use your enabling personality, structured oversight, and experience in financial and vendor processes to drive your plan, take ownership and make a real difference

Core Responsibilities:

·Manage the relationship with the cluster-specific vendors in collaboration with Procurement to enable a strong partnership based on win-win outcomes
·Support the establishment of the frameworks and requirements for vendors, including Compliance, GDPR, and Security
·Manage TOP5 vendor’s relationship and performance evaluation, aiming at maximizing efficiency and optimizing usage of services
·Collaborating with Product Managers, Team Leaders, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Digital Security, Confidentiality Office, and Compliance to ensure requirements are met
·Run cluster-specific vendor performance tracking & reporting, including aging invoices reporting & management, budget tracking & reporting in collaboration with Finance
·Identify vendor services optimization opportunities (e.g., free credits, free learning, discounts, etc.) and drive actions to leverage these opportunities
·Ensure vendor contract renewal, Purchase Orders creation, and Goods Receipt in a timely and customer-focused manner
·Execute onboarding & offboarding of the external workforce, including IT asset management
·Enable TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) overview per product based on insight on what is driving the cost of ownership
·Run various operational tasks as defined by the Cluster lead for a specific area, communication activities across subdomain areas, driving multiple initiatives across the domain to ensure alignment across sub-domains
·Communicate effectively with stakeholders

The Technical Operations Specialist drives enabling processes for a domain cluster with the objective of streamlining interactions with finance and vendors for our product teams. Building on this, the Technical Operations Specialist is responsible for optimizing this work across the domain cluster and taking part in financial or vendor-related initiatives that go across the domain clusters.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent and relevant work experience combined with a theoretical background.
This role is located in Billund, Denmark
·Experience in business operations and vendor management
·Knowledge of finance, procurement, and contract negotiations
·Skills in data analysis and reporting
·Solid project management toolbox
·Understanding of how agile product teams work
·Understanding of the constraints financial, procurement and vendor relation processes put on our product team’s ability to work agile and vice versa
·Communicate effortlessly in advanced English, both written and verbally

As a person, you are very structured and a strong communicator who can articulate value to the user, the business, and the vendors/partners. You have a professional attitude, are service-minded, and a great collaborator, even in quick turnaround times and while working under deadlines.

·Are a quick learner who can understand business needs and translate them into requirements for the vendors/partners
·Have stakeholder management skills and the ability to create win-win situations in the vendor relationships
