On behalf of our client Coloplast, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Digital Technical Solution Owner to be based in Humlebæk.

In Coloplast we are on a journey. We are aiming high and running a large-scale Salesforce Program. We have high ambitions and are recognized as one of the biggest Salesforce implementations in Northern Europe. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Digital Technical Solution Owner to join our Global Salesforce Program.

We are current live in 30 countries and are now building solutions for our Direct business with some of the newest technologies within Salesforce. The program is counting more than 50 great colleagues split between IT, Commercial Business, country responsible, and external consultants in a mixed vendor set-up.

You will be part of our Salesforce CRM program at our HQ in Humlebæk and will work alongside a group of dedicated product owners and other technical experts with a global outlook. You and your colleagues are dedicated to build on healthcare professional and consumer insights across the globe, that innovative new capabilities which give better service, sales, and customer satisfaction.

The role is focused on securing best practices & technology, to delivering business value through Salesforce. The solutions need to take an end-to-end approach and provide business value and meet customer requirements. This also includes the necessary designs, documentation, automated test, and deployment.

The responsibility within the role will demonstrate the capabilities to build and scope the solution across the platform and take ownership of the solution and technical deliverables. The role is furthermore responsible for the high-level solution, act as a sparring partner for the business and vendor developers and take on technical decisions regarding the solution. Furthermore, your responsibility is to secure in close cooperation with the developers that code quality is in line with our governance and guidelines within Salesforce.

It is expected that the role will interact with architects, developers, and to a large degree our commercial business to understand requirements, dependencies when doing design and building the end-to-end solution. It is also expected that the role will contribute to further utilization on the platform and our solution by, but not limited to.

  • You have an interest in understanding how key tools such as Salesforce CRM, Azure, Eloqua, E1, Power BI, Mulesoft or similar, integrate with each other and use that knowledge, to make the experience of interacting with technology as efficient as possible?

Job summary / purpose
  • As a Senior Salesforce Digital Solution Owner, you will be bridging the gap between Coloplast business capability requirements and the technologies/solutions signed off by the architects
  • Overall technical owner of the customer facing web and eCommerce solutions
  • Sparring with but also challenge external vendors
  • Define and ensure that best practices and development principles are communicated and followed
  • Manage technical risk in development phase and in operations
  • You will proactively contribute to the entire sprint process signing of the technical solution including test and documentation
  • You can discuss complex business requirements and translate them into digital technology solutions

Technical and non-technical requirements
  • Salesforce experience is a prerequisite and preferable + 5 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant technical lead experience is needed
  • Experience in a similar role with + 5 years’ experience
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills
  • Visio diagrams
  • You are used to work in JIRA
  • Speak fluent English
  • Outspoken and proactive
  • Team player
