The role: UI/UX Lead
As a vital member of our development department, you'll work hand-in-hand with talented Scrum Teams and play an instrumental role in shaping the UX landscape at Luxion. As the UI/UX Lead, your primary tasks will include:

- Forge strong partnerships with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Software Developers to drive collaborative innovation.
- Pioneer a user-centric design approach, ensuring that our solutions consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Visualize new functionality through engaging mock-ups created with Figma/Adobe Illustrator.
- Define clear and comprehensive requirement specifications that effectively communicate design goals.
- Transform and elevate the UI/UX role within the company, shaping the future of our design culture.
- Explore and leverage cutting-edge technologies, including 3D modeling, rendering, VR/AR, cloud storage, and web development, to create immersive and memorable user experiences.
Your Profile
You have completed a relevant education in design or graphic communication, and we expect the following from you:
- Experience integrating UI/UX in an agile development department.
- Solid experience with Figma/Adobe Suite for creating and organizing UI components.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively use graphic illustrations to communicate with users and software developers.
- Proficiency in high-level technical communication in English.
- Quality-conscious and attentive to detail.
- KeyShot, or other 3D visualization packages
- 3D modeling tools
