ERP Business Consultant with strong supply chain experience to AMBU
For our client, Ambu – a leading global medical device company in growth, we are looking for a skilled ERP Business Consultant who thrives working with ERP projects and optimization of business processes.
Ambu is an exciting international company. They develop, produce and sell medical devices, which enable doctors and nurses to save lives on a daily basis.
When it comes to achieving Ambu’s overall objectives, Business IT is one of the business’ obvious strategic partners and their ERP solution, M3/Movex, is a big part of that. Your workplace will be at the head office in Ballerup and you will join the ERP team consisting of 4 dedicated and highly skilled M3 Business Consultants.
Supply Chain ERP Consultant:
We are looking for a Business Consultant, who will be responsible for the Supply Chain and warehousing processes. You will be a vital player in the ERP project team and will advise and support process owners and users on best practice use of the ERP system and related systems.
Your primary areas of responsibility:
• Act as ERP process and system specialist within your areas of the ERP system
• Identify practical solutions within the framework of the standard system by engaging in dialogue with users
• Handle system configuration, testing, training and documentation
• Act as second line support on systems/processes in your areas
As Ambu is a part of the medical device business, you will also support and work with their high requirements for documentation and training standards.
You will have a truly international job and a broad collaboration with colleagues across Ambu’s locations. Therefore, you can expect to travel approx. 40 days per year.
A natural interest in business processes and system expertise: To be successful in this job, you need extensive IT working experience within supply chain and you should hold ERP skills on an architectural level. It will be an advancement if you have working experience with M3/Movex as this is Ambu’s ERP system, but it is not a requirement.
As a person, you are a strong team player and have an analytical, structured and detail-oriented approach. You keep the big picture in mind at all times, and you have a diplomatic and open mind-set. You are good at negotiating, planning, following up, as well as keeping promises and deadlines. At the same time, you are comfortable with decision-making.
Because of Ambu’s and Business IT’s international nature, it is important that you have a global mind-set and that you are fluent in English.
